I believe that relationships deeply shape our experiences and how we cope with difficult times. Even when working with individuals, therapy sessions are often focused around gaining a better understanding of how one's relationships are working positively to support them, or to define areas where changes are needed. As a therapist, I am honored to collaborate with clients in creating their own goals and to witness their healing process.
